*Cancellation Billing Policy:
Cancellation requests must be received by the 15th day of the month to be effective for the end of the same month. Requests received after the 15th, will result in the following month's services being billed.
Example: If you wish to cancel your membership for the month of October, please ensure your cancellation request is received by September 15th to avoid charges for October.
If you wish to cancel for the month of October, and you submit your request on September 16, you will be billed for September and October's services.
